Dennis and Laurie did a 3rd 24 hour urine test in August 2025. Both have aluminum levels below the healthy reference level (0.48mmole/24hr) set by the Mayo Clinic. They are in their 70’s, have APOE 4 and their levels are that of a healthy 20 year old. Dennis’ level continued to lower and Laurie’s stayed about the same. Here is more information. Healthy Elderly Drinking OSA – Two healthy people, who are both ApoE e4 carriers, volunteered in September of 2015 to each drink 4 cups a day of Silicade spaced throughout the day. These volunteers were aware of common sources of aluminum and tried their best to avoid them during the trial. They also realized the Silicade would provoke increased aluminum in their urine after each drink as shown in figure 6. But they hoped that after several years their body burden of aluminum would be so low that, even while provoking aluminum loss by drinking Silicade, their 24-hour total aluminum in urine test would be below the healthy reference level of 0.48mmole/24hr set by Mayo Clinical Labs. These results are incredible as they prove that drinking 4 cups of OSA rich water each day and avoiding dietary aluminum can lower “aluminum accumulation” to healthy levels. This AD biomarker, can be reduced and maintained at healthy levels by drinking Silicade daily. It took the male volunteer 10 years to lower his 24 hour urinary aluminum level to below the healthy reference level of of 0.48 mole/24hr set by the Mayo Clinic Labs. The female volunteer, who is 8 years younger than the male, had reached this healthy level by 6 years of drinking OSA.
